Pacific Rim - När Godzilla möter Evangelion

Är filmen sevärd tro?

Nog för att Guillermo del Toro gjort en del bra filmer i sin karriär (Hellboy, Cowboys and Aliens, Blade II bla). Men jag undrar just om Pacific Rim är värd mina pengar? För jag fick lite kalkon vibbar utav trailern måste jag säga.

Jag kom nämligen att tänka på tre olika filmer när jag såg Pacific Rim. Vill säga Godzilla, Transformers, Evangelion. Fast som en enda mix. Och imo, så låter det inte som någon vidare bra blandning. Men jag hoppas verkligen att jag har fel.

Det finns dock i alla fall en positiv sak som jag kan säga med Pacific Rim. Vill säga att Ellen McLain (Hon som gjort rösten åt GLaDOS) medverkar i filmen. Men först i sommar så får vi veta om Pacific Rim suger eller rockar.

When legions of monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity's resources for years on end.
