Stone Rage - Stenåldern nästa
Va nu en snäll pippi och ät fröna så att du smakar bättre när vi trycker ner dig i vår gryta.
Om man bortser från Fred Flinta och Age of Empires spelen. Så finns det ju faktiskt inte så där jätte många spel som utspelar sig under Stenåldern. Men Mountainwheel Games tänker ändra på den trenden med sitt F2P action multiplayer spel "Stone Rage" (Som i övrigt drivs utav CryENGINE 3 motorn).
Det mesta från Stone Rage är dock i alpha stadiet för tillället. Men redan nu så kan man få en rätt bra överblick på vad Mountainwheel Games faktiskt försöker att åstadkomma med sitt Stone Rage. Och med tanke på att releasen är satt till Q4 2013 för PC.
Så lär det rulla ut nya Stone Rage videos rätt frekvent framöver. Och det välkomnar jag med öppna armar, då jag tycker att Stone Rage projektet är riktigt intressant.

"Stone Rage™ is a Free-To-Play online third person multiplayer action game set within the Pleistocene and Eocene eras, featuring prehistoric tribalism, prehistoric landscapes and prehistoric animals. Players will take control of a single character of either a human class, neanderthal tribe or animal genus and wreak havoc in either survival, team objective or deathmatch game types. As players win games and progress through achievements, options in weapon layout, upgrades and personalized character customization will be unlock, giving a large array of choices to those who do not wish to completely conform to a single archetype.
Every character has a set of unique traits and abilities, as well as unlockables to modify their effects and tactical usage, ensuring that no two games will play the same, and no one player is by default more or less dangerous than another. Situation and opportunity play as much a part in winning a game as how well players use their character skills and environment to their advantage. Since tribal skirmishes and hunts take place across a wide stretch of land, players will encounter sprawling forests with prowling smilodon, vast plains with marching mammoth herds and gastornis scavenging the remains left behind by the prey of dire wolves!"
