Moofo - Cows and ufos

moofo
X-Files anyone?

Damn Studios iOS game Moofo (it´s free-to-play!)  are what you would get if you blended Flappy Bird, with cows and ufos. It´s a really nice mix though, cuz i just tested Moofo on my iPhone. And i actually don´t go apshit when i play Moofo (which can´t be said about Flappy Bird).

So if you wanna play a twisted (and safter) version of Flappy Bird. Then you should give Moofo a go!

About Moofo:
"MooFo is a merging of words – Moo (that’s right, the sound a cow makes!) and U.F.O. (unidentified flying object). MooFo revolves around an exciting adventure of a cow named ‘Daisy’. It is a fast paced game that depicts Daisy in a space ship, controlled by the player.

The game is designed to enjoy whilst sipping a cappuccino at a cafe or while eating a sandwich – easy to play with one hand and constantly testing your ability to achieve a high score. MooFo also gives you the opportunity to compete with your friends, by sharing your scores. Scores may be shared via Twitter and Facebook.

It is a fast paced game that depicts Daisy the cow in a space ship, controlled by the player. The aim of the player is to save Daisy from in-coming obstacles by dodging them, simply by tapping. The game is set on planet earth and the obstacles vary from cow-driven tractors to fancy planes. The more distance covered, the higher the score."

Moped Mania - Some racing love from Finland

moped mania
Elasto Mania, the Finnish edition. Kind of.

I don´t know if you guys still remember the old moped simulator/stunt game "Elasto Mania"? But i sure do. Cuz many, many years ago. PC Gamer Sweden wrote about the game (they even included the demo for Elasto Mania on their PCG CD) in their magazine.

So i gave it a try. And, well. Let´s just say Elasto Mania was the Angry Birds of the early 2000s. So i´m very happy to inform you all that Kuutti Entertainment (a Finnish indie game studio) are working on their own version of Elasto Mania, and it´s called "Moped Mania" (for iOS).

Just check out the beta gameplay video for Moped Mania. It looks freaking awesome! =)

Wikipad - The tablet made for Gamers

wikipad
Are the Wikipad here to stay? Or is it "just" yet another tablet among the masses?

It sure can´t be an easy task to become a successfull tablet maker. I mean, there´s so many big companies on the market already (Sony, Samsung, Apple, Google, the list goes on and on). But as 50 Cent used to say "Get Rich or Die Tryin", YOLO right? (as the kids say now days).

So i guess that´s what the makers of the Wikipad are trying to do. Make it big that is. Me, at first i didn't even know what to make of the Wikipad. Because there are so many tablets on the market. So what makes Wikipad standout from the crowd?

Well, it´s a "Android Gaming tablet" for starter. And it´s rather cheap actually (you can get it for about $249 + shipment via Wallmart). Also there´s this "gamepad" attachment for the Wikipad (which turns the tablet into a mobile Android Gaming unit).

And i have read quite a few consumer statements about the Wikipad now, and i have to say that i´m very impressed by the Wikipad so far. So i might just end up buying one for myself in the near future =)

The Falling Z - Zombies are invading Soviet Russia!

the falling z
In Soviet Russia the Zombies fall from the sky!

What do you get if you mix Tetris with zombies? Well, you would probably end up with Lucasoft Games zombie puzzle game "The Falling Z" (a game that just happens to be F2P for Android). I just tried the game out, and imo. It´s a pretty neat game.

So if you like zombies and puzzle games. Then you should give The Falling Z a try asap!

About The Falling Z:
"The blast wasn´t the worst, nor the fallout. It was what came after...

It’s the dark 1980’s and Tshernoyarbin nuclear power plant in Soviet Russia has exploded. We are led to believe everything is in control, but the truth is, it isn´t. A zombie apocalypse russian style is here. Help to save the world and put your brains into use in this true brain teasing zombie puzzle game. If you don´t got the brains, I bet the Zs will gladly eat them!

Falling blocks have been turned into falling survivors and zombies. It isn´t anymore about how you lay the blocks. The game starts after you lay'em. Kids can play this game, but it takes a true qenius to master it.

So get your blocks together man and start fighting!

Puzzle Warriors - A unique puzzle adventure RPG game

puzzle warriors
Can Puzzle Warriors become something really neat?

It seems like 2014 has become something of a big year for puzzle games. Cuz i honestly can't remember the last time there existed so many puzzle games on the market. I don´t mind that though. Because i love puzzle games (the really good ones).

I have also noticed that there´s more puzzle hybrid games than ever before as well. Like Immersions Entertainment´s iOS game "Puzzle Warriors" for example. It´s a mix of bot RPG, adventure and puzzle elements.

And guess what? Puzzle Warriors are set for a March release =)

About Puzzle Warriors:
"Unravel a compelling backstory by battling your way through the lands of Four-Haven, in a new and unique take on the Puzzle RPG Adventure genre. Fight opponents one by one and grow your character from simple puzzle moves to deep tactical prowess. Capture creatures and summon them directly into your puzzle board to gain the advantage!"
