Say hello to the London version of Hotline Miami.

I´m starting to doubt that we will see Dennaton Games controversial game "Hotline Miami 2" this year. I mean, in less than two weeks, it´s October. But then again. So far Devolver Digital hasn´t changed the release date for Hotline Miami 2.

In fact, the game still has a 2014 release on Steam. Oh well, time will tell i guess. But in the meantime you can enjoy Jonathan Cozzo´s awesome short film "Hotline London" ;)

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 are set for a early 2015 release (for PC, PS3, PS4, 360 and Xbox One). 

Resident Evil: Revelations wasn´t a bad game really. At least not the 3DS version, (which has a 83.50% average grade via gamerankings at the moment). I can't answer for the other versions of Revelations though. Anyhow, Resident Evil: Revelations 2 are a whole nother story.

But at least Claire Redfield are back in biz again. And i have to say that i get good vibes from Revelations 2. All the footage that i´ve seen so far, made me think about the good Ol´ Resident Evil days. However, i am somewhat concerned over the fact that Capcom are working on several RE titles at the very sametime.

In this case, Revelations 2 and Resident Evil: Remastered. But hopefully that won´t effect the quality of the games. Well, we will all know by the very beginning of next year. Because that´s when Capcom will release Revelations 2 world wide.

About Resident Evil: Revelations 2:
The beginning of the Resident Evil Revelations 2 tale sees fan favorite Claire Redfield make a dramatic return. Survivor of the Raccoon City incident depicted in previous Resident Evil games, Claire now works for the anti-bioterrorism organisation Terra Save. Moira Burton, is attending her welcome party for Terra Save when unknown armed forces storm the office.

Claire and Moira are knocked unconscious and awaken later to find themselves in a dark and abandoned detention facility. Working together, they must find out who took them and to what sinister end. With the terrifying Afflicted enemies waiting around every dark corner, players will need to use their ammo and weapon supply wisely, in classic survival horror style. Will Claire and Moira make it out alive and discover what's led to them being taken to this remote island? Who else will they come across? A story of twists and turns will have players guessing the next step at every turn.

Sadly enough, only a chosen few get the chance to play the closed beta.

As we all know. The Witcher 3 won´t see the day of light before the 24th of February next year (for PC, PS4 and Xbox One). And that´s a pretty long time to wait. But some lucky The Witcher fans, have gotten the chance to ease their hunger for The Witcher 3.

How? You might ask yourself. By playing the closed beta of The Witcher adventure game (made by CD Projekt Red ) of coure! (which beta keys which GOG handed out) You might have seen the game in action if you watched this years E3 event (at least i did). But if you didn't, then please allow me to explain what the Witcher adventure game are all about.

First of all, it´s a RPG board game. But it´s also a digital game (for PC, MAC, iOS and Android). A project that both CD Projekt Red and GOG are very proud of. Me, i havn´t had the chance to try the game. But i have seen the Witcher adventure game in action, and it´s pretty darn cool imo.

The Witcher Adventure Game takes players on a journey across the world of The Witcher, a detailed world, rich in lore and characters, fleshed out by Andrzej Sapkowski's famous series of novels, and honed by The Witcher video game trilogy.

Players assume the roles of four distinct characters from this series: Geralt of Rivia, monster slayer; Triss Merigold, cunning sorceress; Yarpen Zigrin, dwarven warrior; and Dandelion, roguish bard. Each character has unique skills and multiple ways of overcoming obstacles, but you decide what to do during the game: Do you fight your way to victory, call on your charm, or try your hand at diplomacy?

You can bring enemies around to your point of view with a sword as Geralt - or bribe them with gold and threaten to call on powerful friends as Dandelion. If a situation calls for strength in numbers, Yarpen has his own fellowship of dwarves to command, and Triss can rely on her expert skill with magic to save the day. Each character has its own deck of Development Cards, so each time you play you can discover something new by trying out varied characters and experimenting with different builds.

For example, when playing as Geralt of Rivia, the main hero of the Witcher franchise, you can develop your character either by specializing in brewing and utilizing combat Elixirs, or else by growing your ability to cast powerful Witcher Signs.

A variety of quests invite players to hunt monsters, earn gold and interact with the characters they meet in a web of alliances and treachery. Decide whether you’ll help the other players or look after your own interests first, and keep an eye on the progress of your friends while you carefully work your way towards victory.

A bomb threat was made against Anita Sarkeesian at the GDC awards ceremony, and somehow Kotaku.com got the story first. In the email it said:

“A bomb will be detonated at the Game Developer’s Choice award ceremony tonight unless Anita Sarkeesian’s Ambassador Award is revoked. We estimate the bomb will kill at least a dozen people and injure dozens more. It would be in your best interest to accept our simple request. This is not a joke. You have been warned.”

According to organizers speaking with Kotaku The committee decided to play it safe and called in the EOD, and Bomb squad for the event to keep Anita, and the guests safe.

“Our EOD conducted a sweep of the premises and found nothing,” SFPD spokesperson Albie Esparza told Kotaku, adding that the department responds to all bomb threats. Esparza wouldn’t comment further on the investigation.

After no evidence was found, the GDC decided to continue with the ceremony, and beefed up security Just in case anything did happen to rear its ugly head during the proceedings.

Sarkeesian stated on Twitter that she and her family were threatened with bodily harm in August, which forced her to leave her home. The Tropes vs. Women star, also contacted the SFPD and opened an investigation into the matter.

Officer Esparza told Kotaku that the report of threats against Sarkeesian and her family were “Forwarded to the FBI, which is now handling the case.”

Now I don’t want to come off as negative here, or misogynistic in any way, but isn’t just a little too coincidental that Kotaku got this exclusive scoop with the officers, and the Bomb threat? I could surmise that they orchestrated the whole ordeal to continue the war against #Gamergate, and other groups they don’t necessarily approve of at the moment.

They are also very close with Anita Sarkeesian, and Zoe Quinn, who are a part of the war against #Gamergate, and Patricia Hernandez does write for them, who is a part of their female entourage. But wait there’s more, look who wrote the article, Stephen Totilo the Editor in Chief at Kotaku.com.

This make you ask another question: Why didn’t you let Nathan Grayson, or Patricia Hernandez cover this story? Most likely, because they were all at the GDC awards ceremony.

I’m not saying it’s completely true, but I know there’s more to this story than just the coincidental cascade of events we’ve read.
